btw, i was going to skate with the dfw speed folks at white rock lake today. when i got there i found out some kind of cycle race was going on. if i were there a bit earlier i might have joined the cyclists, but traffic was only moving one way and 6.5 of the 12.5 miles around white rock are too rough for sane skating.
